You can easily make cheese Danish with the help of refrigerated crescent rolls.

  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls

Take one package of crescent rolls and spread on bottom of a 9x13" greased pan. Mix sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, and egg yolk. Put other crescent rolls on top of mixture. Brush with egg white and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

  • I assume you are supposed to spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the first layer of crescents but you did not state that. Also, you did not give the temperature of the oven so I'm guessing the temp on the can of rolls?
