This recipe is good and it is different from anything I have fixed. Try it you will be amazed.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 1/4 C. flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 eggs

Directions

Melt margarine in an 8-inch square pan or casserole dish. Beat eggs and flour together. Mix all ingredients together and put in buttered dish.

Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
