Cheese Potatoes on the Grill
Ingredients
- 16 new potatoes
- 1/4 C. green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbs. cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Clean potatoes and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices. Dry. Place potatoes in a grill pan on the grill, then sprinkle with green onion, pepper, and salt. Grill until tender, then serve on a warm plate and top with cheese.
