Cheese Quiche
Ingredients
- 9-inch pie shell
- 2 C. shredded sharp cheese
- 1 C. chopped ham (bacon or sausage works too)
- 1/4 C. onion
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1/2 C. evaporated milk
Directions
Toss together cheese, meat, and onion. Spoon into the pie shell Mix remaining ingredients and pour over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
