Cheese Rice
Ingredients
- 1 C. Minute Rice
- 1 C. sharp cheese, grated
- 2 C. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Directions
Boil minute rice as directed on package. Grease a casserole dish and layer rice and cheese. Combine, and beat, the eggs, milk, salt and paprika. Pour over rice. Cover top with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 until set and lightly brown, about 45 minutes.
Serves 6-8.
