This fabulous cheesy spread has a bit of spice to it!

1 1/2 cups


  • 2 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 C. chopped green chilies
  • crackers

Bring cheddar cheese to room temperature.  Heat milk to boiling and pour over cheese in a mixing bowl.  Beat with electric mixer until nearly smooth. Add butter and garlic; beat well.  Stir in chopped chilies.  Chill well. Serve with crackers.
