- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz. grated cheese (cheddar, blue, brie)
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
In a bowl mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mold beef into 7-8 mounds. Form a well in the center of each burger and place cheese in well. Wrap beef around the well to seal. Place burgers on the grill and cook until desired finish. Serve on hamburger buns and with desired toppings.
