Cheese Wafers
Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 C. flour
- 10 to 12 oz sharp Cheddar cheese spread
Directions
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Bland cheese and margarine, then add flour. This will be very thick and climb up beaters. Form into rolls like icebox cookies; wrap in foil and chill at least 24 hours. Cut wafers and put on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for approximately 29 minutes or until lightly browned. Delicious warm. These can be made ahead and put rolls in freezer for up to 2 month.
