  • 1 store-bought pie crust.
  • 3 C cooked, sliced chicken
  • 2 oz chicken broth
  • One 10-oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 C shredded Cheddar
  • 1 C shredded Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 stick of butter, melted

Preheat the oven to 425ยบ

Place pie crust in pie tin and add thinly sliced chicken as filling. Combine broth and soup in medium saucepan, bring to a boil, then pour over chicken.

In a separate bowl, mix Cheddar and Parmesan with pepper, then stir in melted butter. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the pie crust, then bake the pie until the crust is brown and cheese is golden and bubbly.
