Cheesy Asparagus
Ingredients
- asparagus
- olive oil
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Simply par boil your asparagus. When done, place on a paper towel to absorb any water. Use some type of long baking dish to accommodate the asparagus. Lay them out in a row. Drizzle a little olive oil on each one. With a heavy hand, shake grated Parmesan cheese all over each asparagus spear. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes. Cheese will melt over asparagus. Serve either in a tray or place several asparagus on each plate.
