  • one 16-oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower florets, thawed
  • one 15-oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 3/4 lb. yellow squash, chopped
  • 1/4 C. butter, melted
  • two 10-oz. cans cheddar cheese soup
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Place cauliflower, corn, and squash in a slow cooker and sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Pour melted butter over vegetables and spoon cheese soups on top. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.  Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
