Melted cheese goes great on just about everything! Next time you decide to bring a veggie dish to the family potluck, prepare this cauliflower casserole complete with bubbly Parmesan cheese.

  • 2 bags frozen cauliflower, thawed
  • 1/4 C. margarine, cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp. mayo
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayo and mustard. Heat bags of cauliflower. Spread mayo and mustard mixture over cauliflower. Add pats of margarine. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit uncovered, for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is brown.
