Cheesy Baked Pasta With Spinach

- 1 box bowtie pasta
- 2 sliced garlic cloves
- 1 medium chopped red onion
- 2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 C. baby spinach leaves
Cook pasta in a medium pot of boiling salted water until tender. Meanwhile, heat butter in a frying pan, add garlic and onion. Saute for 5 to 10 minutes. After the pasta is cooked, drain it and pour it into a 9x13 casserole dish. Add onion mixture, cup 3/4 cup cheese and spinach to hot pasta, then bake at 350 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes. Stir it and season with salt and pepper.
