  • 2 ½ C. macaroni noodles
  • 8 oz. whole milk
  • 8 oz. beer
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 2 Tbs. flour
  • 8 oz. cheddar, shredded
  • 4 oz. mozzarella, shredded
  • 4 oz. Parmesan, shredded
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ tsp. Paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Heat a medium saucepan on medium heat. Melt the butter then whisk in the flour. It should be clumpy. Add in the milk and beer and whisk until the sauce thickens a bit. Add in the cheeses and fully mix. Add in all of the seasonings. Grease a glass pan add in the noodles. Pour the cheese sauce over top and then the breadcrumbs (and additional cheese if you want!). Bake the pasta dish for 30 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
