  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 14½ oz. refried black beans
  • 1 C. chunky salsa
  • 1½ C. assorted shredded cheeses
  • ½ C. guacamole
  • 2 Tbs. sour cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour beans in a layer over one of the flour tortillas. Add salsa and cheese over the top. Cover with the other tortilla and set on a cookie sheet covered in foil. Bake for about 15 minutes. Make a little dip by combining the sour cream and guacamole in a small dish. Cut the tortilla like a pizza with four equal slices and serve with the salsa.
