This casserole has store bought canned soup to help save time in the kitchen. Just a few ingredients are needed to make this yummy casserole dinner dish.

  • 2 10-oz. pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 C. carrots, shredded
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • Plain bread crumbs
  • Butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Mix all ingredients. Pour mixture into a casserole dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Add little dollops of butter on top of the bread crumbs. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is bubbly.
