Instead of using meats, substituting in cooked salmon mixed with cheeses and broccoli can taste just as better.

  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 ½ cups rice
  • 1 salmon
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg. frozen cut broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Using a non-stick skillet, sauté the onion in butter. Stir in the rice, egg and mayonnaise. Proceed to add the salmon mixture as well. Spoon half of the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top it off with Parmesan cheese and broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees F.
