  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 C. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place biscuits on bottom of casserole dish. Place chicken strips on top. Sprinkle salt, pepper and cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
