  • 2 C. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 5 oz. cans chunk chicken
  • 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 C. milk
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 4 oz. can mushrooms
  • 1/4 C. chopped onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine the macaroni, chicken, cheese, milk, soup, mushrooms and onion. Mix together and put into 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

  • This was so easy and delicious I added chopped celery because my husband doesnt like mushrooms or onions and added bread crumbs and drizzled with melted butter and sprinkled cheese on top.

  • my family and i really liked this recipe - it is so quick to get into the oven, especially since you don't have to cook the noodles. I think it would be better if it had an additional bread crumb or cheese topping as well.
