Cheesy Corn And Potato Pockets

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 can of potatoes, drained
- 1 C. corn kernels
- ½ C. cheddar cheese
- ½ Pepper Jack cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Slice the pastry into 12 squares. Place each square in the cup of a well-greased muffin tin.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and put a scoop of the filling into each cup.
Bake for 12 minutes, or until the pastry is cooked through.
