Cheesy Corn Bread

Made with creamed corn and cheddar cheese, this corn bread comes out moist and delicious.

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 C. cornmeal
  • 1/2 C. butter, melted
  • 1 small can creamy corn
  • 1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a cast iron skillet. Bake at 350 for 40-50 min. Let the cornbread cool before serving. Serves 6.
