Cheesy Crockpot Chicken And Rice

- 1 Box Zatarain’s Yellow Rice (or any rice of your choice) cooked according to package
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese blend)
- 1 Medium onion, chopped
- 1 Can cream of chicken soup
- 1 Can corn, drained
- 2 Cups chicken stock
Place chicken into crockpot and season with salt and pepper.
Add chopped onions on top of chicken.
Mix two cups of chicken broth and can of cream of chicken soup and pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
Before serving shred chicken and add rice, corn and cheese. Mix well and until cheese is melted.
