This dip is so cheesy and delicious. It is one of my favorites to dip with whole grain crackers. Especially when it's warm, it's addicting!

4-5 servings


  • 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 C. shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 4 1/2 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 C. light mayo
  • 2 C. chopped onions
  • 1 tsp. sea salt

In a blender or food processor add cheese, mayo, salt, and 1 cup of onions; blend. Add the other cup of onions and continue to blend. In a greased baking dish, bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with your choice of crackers.
