  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 C. onion, diced
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2 C. penne pasta
  • 1 C. Parmesan cheese

In a large skillet, heat oil, brown beef until cooked through, and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Transfer to crockpot and mix with Worcestershire, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and oregano. Cook on low for 8 hours, prepare pasta according to package, and top with Parmesan. The beef and tomato sauce can be stored in a freezer bag and thawed out in a saucepan and tossed with pasta when ready to serve!
