Cheesy Garlic Biscuits

We love garlic bread in my house but I don't always have ciabatta bread so I use what is on hand. The biscuits were on sale so I had a few lying around. Good with my Split Pea Soup.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Grands Biscuits
  • 2 oz. shredded mozzarella
  • cooking spray
  • garlic salt
  • parchment paper

Directions

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Release biscuits from canister and place on parchment, making sure they aren't touching. Cut biscuits as if you're cutting them in half but making a pocket. Place a pinch of cheese into each biscuit. Pinch closed and return to parchment. Spray tops of biscuits with spray and sprinkle with garlic salt. Cook as directed on package.
