Cheesy Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients
- 10 lb. potatoes, peeled
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbs. butter
- minced garlic, to taste
- seasoning salt (i.e. Lawry's) to taste
- shredded cheese to taste
Directions
Peel, boil and mash potatoes. Combine sour cream, cream cheese, butter and garlic with mashed potatoes (add as much garlic as you like, I usually taste after adding). Put into a 9x13-inch pan (or any baking dish) and sprinkle with seasoning salt and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted( usually around 25-30 minutes).
