Cheesy Green Chili Quesadillas

Ingredients
- 2 C. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 flour tortillas (8 to 10 inch)
- 1 sm. tomato, seeded, chopped (1/2 C.)
- 4 med. green onions, chopped (1/4 C.)
- 1 4.5-oz. can chopped green chiles, drained
- chopped fresh cilantro, if desired
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle 1/3 cup cheese evenly over half of each tortilla. Sprinkle tomato, onions, chiles and cilantro if desired over cheese. Fold tortillas over filling; sprinkle with additional cilantro. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 5 minutes or just until cheese is melted. Serve quesadillas whole, or cut each into 3 wedges, beginning cuts from center of folded sides.
