  • 1 box refrigerated pie crust, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 C. milk
  • 2 Tbs. flour
  • 1/4 C. ham, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into strips
  • 3 Tbs. gren onions, chopped
  • 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Put the pie crust in a 9 inch pie pan and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, flour and Parmesan cheese until it's well blended. Layer the ham, tomato, onions, and Cheddar cheese in the pie crust and pour the egg mixture over the layers. To prevent the edges of the crust from browning too much, put strips of foil over them. Bake the quiche for 25 to 35 minutes, or until cooked all the way through. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
