  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 C. black beans
  • 2 C. green beans
  • 4 C. ham, cooked and cut into strips
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ C. cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add in red pepper, yellow pepper, and green beans; sauté for 5 to 10 minutes until tender. Toss in ham and black beans to heat briefly; season with salt and pepper.
