  • 2 cans condensed cream of celery soup
  • 2 C. sour cream
  • 1/2 C. water
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 28-oz. pkg. frozen diced potatoes
  • 16 oz. Velveeta, cubed
  • 2 1/2 C. cooked ham, cubed

Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease the inside of two 11x7-inch baking dishes. In a large bowl, mix together soup, sour cream, water, and pepper. Add potatoes, cheese, and ham. Once well combined, transfer mixture to the prepared baking dishes. Bake, covered, for 40 minutes. Uncover, and bake for another 10 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
