Serving Size / Yield
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce with meat
- 4 no-cook lasagna noodles
- 1-1/3 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
Start by combining the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and egg in a bowl.
Coat a 8x4 loaf pan with cooking spray and pour 1/3 cup of sauce inside.
Add a noodle on top.
Add another 1/3 cup sauce to the edges of the noodle.
Layer a third of the cheese mixture on top and 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese on top of that.
Repeat this layering process two more times.
Add remaining noodle layer and sauce.
Bake at 400° for 25 minutes while covered.
Add remaining mozzarella to the top of the lasagna.
Bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
