Cheesy Macaroni
Ingredients
- 1 lb. box macaroni
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 2 8-oz. pkg. shredded cheese (American or whatever you prefer)
- 1 8-oz. sour cream
- optional:
- 1 C. bread crumbs
- 2-3 Tbs. melted butter
Directions
Cook and drain macaroni. Mix 1 pkg. (or 2 cups) cheese, soups and sour cream in a saucepan and heat on medium heat until cheese is melted. Then mix in macaroni. Place in a greased 2-qt. casserole dish or a greased 9x13-inch pan. Put the remainder of cheese on top. BakeĀ at 350 degree for 30-40 minutes. OPTIONAL: Top with buttered bread crumbs the last 15-20 minutes.
