I was making meatloaf and didn't have any breadcrumbs, so I got creative.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 2 1/2-3 C. crushed Cheetos
  • 1/2 C. cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients and place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Place back in oven until cheese melted.
