  • 2 C. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
  • Tortilla chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cheeses in a bowl and set aside 2 cups. Add the beans, sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning to the remaining cheese. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle on the reserved cheese. Bake for 30 minute until bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
