  • ½ pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 ounce shredded parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 4 ½ chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 pound buttermilk biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

Shred the butter coarsely and cut the pizza dough into 1-inch pieces. Toss both cheese, the butter, garlic, and parsley in a bowl and season the bowl with salt and pepper. Set aside 1/3 of the mixture in a small bowl. Add pieces of the pizza dough to the bowl of 2/3 cheese mixture. Toss the dough with the cheese mixture. Spray a medium skillet with cooking spray and add the dough pieces in a single layer. Let the dough sit for 35 minutes in a warm place. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake the bread for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the reserved cheese over the bread and bake for 10 more minutes.
