  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 8 breakfast sausage, chopped
  • 1 C. fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 C. provolone cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook sausage until lightly brown, approximately 5 minutes and drain. Mix together in a mixing bowl the sausage, mushrooms and cheese.  Unroll crescent roll dough. Separate dough and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of the dough. Gently pinch the dough to seal together. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown.
