  • 6-8 potatoes peeled, sliced
  • 2 Tbs. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 7 oz. cubed cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, fully cooked until crispy
  • 1 C. french fried onions
  • 1 Tbs. Mrs. Dash seasoning

Boil potatoes until fully cooked. Drain and empty into large bowl. In smaller bowl, crumble bacon, combine all other ingredients until fully mixed. Add this to potatoes and stir until well blended. Place in 8x8-inch greased pan. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cheese is melted and top is starting to brown.
