Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2-3 lb. potatoes, peeled and diced into 1-inch cubes
- 2 C. nacho cheese
- 1/2 C. cream or milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. taco blend cheese
Directions
Boil potatoes until almost tender. Drain and add nacho cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Stir all together. Sprinkle taco cheese on top and bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
