Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 32 oz. bag homestyle hashbrowns
- 2 sticks butter, separated
- 1 8 oz pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 C. crushed cornflakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix soup, minced onion, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Then transfer to a larger bowl over the still frozen potatoes, mix well. Put the mixture into a 9x13 pan. Melt first stick of butter over whole dish. Crush up cornflakes, pour over whole dish. Melt and drizzle second stick of butter over top of cornflakes. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
