  • 6 Potatoes
  • 1 Large Tomato, Cut Into 6 Slices
  • 6 Mozzarella Cheese Slices
  • Olive Oil

Rinse potatoes and pat dry.
Rub olive oil on potatoes and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 for 50 minutes.
Take out the oven and cut off part of the side.
Add tomato and cheese slice.
Put back in the oven and bake until cheese is melted.
Let cool and serve.
