Tender asparagus spears have been wrapped together with thin, crispy strips of prosciutto. Sprinklings of parmesan complete this elegant, easy-to-make appetizer.

  • 20 Medium Asparagus Spears, trimmed
  • 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 4-5 Prosciutto Slices
  • 1/4 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese, plus additional as needed

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the asparagus, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat. Roll up clusters of 4-5 asparagus spears in each slice of prosciutto. Place rolled-up asparagus spears on prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for about 5 minutes or until asparagus is tender. Let cool and sprinkle with additional parmesan if desired before serving.
