Ingredients
- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- 1 C. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz. butter, softened
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped and divided

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Create garlic butter by combining the butter, garlic, and salt in a bowl and microwaving until melted. Stir in 1 tablespoon parsley. Cut the bread into diagonal diamonds and pour a little bit of butter in each crack. Sprinkle cheese in the cracks as well and wrap the bread in foil. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is almost melted. Unwrap the bread, sprinkle on the rest of the parsley, and bake 5 mores minutes until the bread is crusty on the outside.
