Instead of using ground beef, try chorizo sausage for a Mexican touch.

  • 2 cans Chopped Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 block Velveta Cheese
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 lb Cooked Ground Beef (Optional)

Dice small onion and sauté in some butter for a couple of minutes. Melt block of Velveeta cheese in microwave. Add onions and both cans of Rotel Tomatoes. Also add cooked ground beef if you want. Serve with favorite chips.
