Cheesy Sausage and Rice Casserole
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 lb Italian sausage, chopped
- 1 tbs butter
Cook sausage in a skillet on medium/ high heat with 1 tbs of butter.
Place the rice at the bottom of a medium casserole dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add sausage on top.
Mix cheese together in a bowl and layer on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
