  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 4 ounces frozen spinach
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 ounces artichoke hearts
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Season both sides of each chicken with Italian seasoning and cut a slit about ¾ quarter through the chicken breast. Thaw the spinach and finely chop the artichoke hearts. Combine the spinach, artichoke, spinach and garlic in a bowl. Fill the chicken slits with 1-2 tablespoons of spinach and artichoke dip each. Wrap the chicken in foil and grill over medium- high heat for 12-15 mins.
