Cheesy Spinach Balls
Ingredients
- 1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1/3 C. butter, softened
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 C. herb stuffing, crumb style
- 1 C. Parmesan cheese, grated (you may also use Romano cheese)
- 1/3 C. green onions, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
Directions
Press all water out off the spinach. Put spinach into a large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
