Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. sm. to med. yellow squash, sliced
  • 2 onions, coarsely chopped
  • 3 ribs celery, diagonally sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, julienned
  • one 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/4 C. butter, melted
  • one 10-oz. can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/2 C. seasoned croutons
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

In a crockpot, combine all ingredients except croutons. Mix well.  Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Before serving sprinkle with croutons.
