Cheesy Squash

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. sm. to med. yellow squash, sliced
- 2 onions, coarsely chopped
- 3 ribs celery, diagonally sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, julienned
- one 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 C. butter, melted
- one 10-oz. can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1/2 C. seasoned croutons
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions
In a crockpot, combine all ingredients except croutons. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Before serving sprinkle with croutons.
