  • ½ c breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 T parsley
  • ⅓ c olive oil
  • 28 white mushrooms, stems removed
  • ½ C Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

First, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Then, mix together the cheese, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cover a baking sheet with olive oil so mushrooms won’t stick to the pan. Place mushrooms on pan and top with filling. Drizzle mushrooms with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes until mushrooms are tender. Remove mushrooms from oven and serve.
