Cheesy Tomato Casserole
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, 10 1/2 oz
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 Large Tomatoes, Sliced
- 2 tsp butter, melted
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 4 long black chilies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, stir milk, soup, mustard, tomatoes, and one cup of cheese together.
In another bowl, stir the other cup of cheese and butter together.
Pour the tomato mixture into a casserole dish.
Layer chilies on top.
Pour the butter cheese mix on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
