Cheesy Tortellini with Tomatoes

Serving Size / Yield
- 1 package cheese tortellini
- 2 cans Italian style diced tomatoes
- 4 C vegetable broth
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Shredded mozzarella, to top off
Mix all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally.
Once finished, serve hot with shredded mozzarella on top.
